Forezava 2026 Work Plan: Integrated Youth, Climate, and Civic Action
Forezava’s 2026 work plan presents a scalable, community-driven model that integrates youth engagement through sports, climate-smart agriculture, and civic participation to deliver measurable social and environmental impact in Vihiga County, Western Kenya.
The Sports4Ezava programme will engage thousands of young people through structured sports clinics, county-wide tournaments, and inclusive arts and recreation activities, strengthening life skills, social cohesion, and positive youth pathways.
Through Forezava Farm Limited and Progress PYG038 Group Limited, the organisation will restore degraded landscapes by producing 50,000 indigenous, bamboo, and fruit tree seedlings, supporting beekeeping value chains, and strengthening aggregation and value addition for African leafy vegetables and honey—directly contributing to climate resilience and rural incomes.
Complementing these efforts, the Tuko Na Numbers Campaign will enhance civic awareness, voter registration, and policy engagement, reaching at least 25,000 citizens through coordinated digital and grassroots outreach.
Underpinned by strong governance, transparent financial management, and partnerships with communities, government, and the private sector, Forezava 2026 offers donors a cost-effective, locally rooted platform to advance youth empowerment, climate action, and democratic participation.
